HeBoCoat® grades
HeBoCoat® liquid preparations are available as aqueous or ethanolic suspensions and sprays. These may contain different binder systems. The following is an overview of HeBoCoat® standard suspensions:
HeBoCoat® 20W |
Aqueous suspension with elevated Boron Nitride and binder content. Provides excellent adhesion in the areas of sintering and pressure sintering. |
HeBoCoat® 120W |
Well tried all-purpose aqueous coating system with phosphate binder for use in non-ferrous metal casting. |
| HeBoCoat® 20E | Ethanolic coating system containing elevated boron nitride quantities and a polymeric binder. Areas of application: Coating of Graphite, glass and metals. |
| HeBoCoat® 110E | Similar to HeBoCoat® 20E, but containing a significantly higher percentage of binder. Used in lubricating varnishes. |
| HeBoCoat® 400E | Coating system containing an inorganic binder. Provides optimal adhesion to ceramics, glass, metals and Graphite up to 800°C. |
