During this process, thermal stress, pressure, and sliding friction act directly on the surfaces of the substrate and the die. <\/p>\n<p>Traditional release agents such as graphite, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, or silicon nitride often reach their physical and chemical limits in this context. This results in reduced quality of the molded parts, shorter tool life, and high process costs. <\/p>\n<p>Boron nitride products, on the other hand, demonstrate their full potential in superplastic forming\u2014precisely where other materials often fail.
