Furthermore, the brand name HeBoSint\u00ae is derived from the chemical name boron nitride and the term “sintered materials,” and refers to hot-pressed boron nitride sintered materials. <\/p>

Due to the diverse properties that sintered boron nitride exhibits depending on its composition, our product family is divided into three distinct product lines: the Pure Line, the Classic Line, and the Strong Line. The selection of one of these lines is based on specific requirements and applications. Key criteria here include mechanical stress, required temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties, to name just a few.

HeBoSint\u00ae PURE LINE materials have an exceptionally high degree of purity and a boron nitride content of more than 98.5%. As a result, the specific properties of boron nitride\u2014such as high-temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance, and very good lubricating properties\u2014are exceptionally pronounced. The HeBoSint\u00ae PURE LINE can be used under inert gas at temperatures exceeding 2000 \u00b0C. This property makes it the first choice, for example, in plasma systems and high-temperature furnace construction.

HeBoSint\u00ae CLASSIC LINE<\/strong><\/p>

The HeBoSint\u00ae CLASSIC LINE offers an impressive combination of excellent mechanical and thermal properties with high cost-effectiveness. This versatility makes the CLASSIC LINE ideal for a wide range of applications. The product portfolio includes high-quality casting nozzles for the metal industry, brazing supports, welding nozzles, and insulation frames for PVD coating systems. The excellent release properties, high thermal shock resistance, and very good electrical insulation ensure reliability in the production process and guarantee a long service life for the components.

The HeBoSint\u00ae STRONG LINE product line features boron nitride composite materials with outstanding mechanical properties, very high gas tightness, and high wear resistance. The addition of zirconia or aluminum nitride enhances mechanical strength. The boron nitride content of the STRONG LINE ensures boron nitride-specific properties such as electrical insulation and excellent release properties. A product line with a robust character for system components that are subjected to high mechanical stresses in application, such as cover strips in PVD systems and components for the steel industry.
