Personnel changes were announced at the Henze BNP Annual General Meeting, hosted in May 2021. After eight years on the job, Peter Fuchs, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, resigned from the board at his own request to enjoy his well-deserved retirement.
Peter Henze thanked him for his many years of successful work and his contribution to the company's continuous development.
Jürgen Dürr, a former member of the Supervisory Board, will now take over this position, and François Pürro was appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board (picture, from left: François Pürro, Peter Henze, Peter Fuchs and Jürgen Dürr).
