HENZE BNP now uses the new Linseis THB-100 measuring device to carry out measurements on boron nitride-filled plastics. Within a short time, highly precise measurement results can be determined on thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity for solids, pastes or liquids.
The thermal conductivity of the boron nitride-filled plastics relies strongly on the properties of the starting powder. The different particle size distributions as well as the specific surfaces of the base powders and high measuring accuracies require fast measuring analysis cycles. The THB 100 at Henze BNP is an important component for further product development and qualification.
