When pressure sintering, especially on smaller surfaces, our HeBoCoat® sprays (aerosols) are ideal for creating the necessary release effect quickly and easily. In powder metallurgy – for example in metal atomization – durable nozzles made of solid HeBoSint® (such as our high-performance ceramic SL-N 300) are also used. These guarantee a high degree of purity of the metal powder, significantly reduce waste and allow the shape and particle size distribution of the powder to be precisely controlled.
