In extrusion, our special HeBoFill® boron nitride powders replace traditional release agents such as carbon black. Even at very high temperatures, they ensure an optimal lubricating effect between the aluminium billet and the extrusion die. In addition, liquid boron nitride release agents ensure ideal metal flow in the die, resulting in particularly precise, smooth and clean forming processes.
