Boron nitride is extremely temperature-stable, chemically inert and acts naturally as a highly effective barrier layer. Through the targeted use of liquid HeBoCoat® sprays and suspensions, vulnerable surfaces are reliably protected against the adhesion of welding and solder spatter. Furthermore, components made of solid boron nitride (such as special sintered grades) are used directly as welding nozzles, soldering pads or mounts for induction heating coils due to their heat resistance.
