How do boron nitride products protect sintered materials from caking and carburisation?

To ensure reliable release in the sintering furnace, bespoke solutions are available: on the one hand, sintering supports (setter plates) can be manufactured directly from solid HeBoSint® materials, which inherently prevent the sintered material from sticking and avoid unwanted carburisation of the components. Alternatively, existing graphite charge carriers can be coated with liquid HeBoCoat® coatings, which also reliably separate the sintered material from the base and protect it from carburisation.
