Delivery of the Henze BNP hot press

Milestone at Henze-BNP – First Sintering Plant for Hot Pressing

Henze BNP is expanding its value chain by manufacturing sintered boron nitride components in-house.
Yesterday, the new hot press was delivered to Henze BNP and installed in the new production hall.
“With this investment, we are now able to manufacture custom boron nitride materials for our customers,” says Dominik Zug, Head of Product Development, with enthusiasm.
The new system will begin operations in approximately four weeks and can reach temperatures of up to 2200 °C.
“The sintering system is designed to be energy-efficient and is directly connected to the building’s heat recovery system,” emphasizes Christoph Henze, CEO.
With this investment, the family-owned company is realizing its strategic goal of developing hexagonal boron nitride products for specific customer solutions.
