Every industry has different requirements and tasks. To satisfy these different requirements, a broad product portfolio such as the POWER LINE is required.
All POWER LINE products are focused on cutting and lubricating. Optimum layer formation, simple processing as well as its high substrate adhesion characterise this line. These products are used, for example, as release agents for sintering, welding and soldering processes, as lubricants in plastics and glass processing or as coatings for tools in foundries. The boron nitride protective coating significantly increases tools and systems’ service life and improves process safety and productivity.
HeBoCoat ® PL-W 130
HeBoCoat® PL-W 130* is a water-based boron nitride coating with medium viscosity. Inorganic binders ensure good adhesion even at higher temperatures. As it contains no organic components, there are no disruptive outgassing reactions. When applied by spraying, even very hot surfaces (up to 500 °C) can be coated. HeBoCoat® PL-W 130 acts as a release agent and lubricant.

HeBoCoat ® PL-W 200
HeBoCoat® PL-W 200* is a water-based boron nitride coating containing an organic binder. This improves wetting of the substrate, ensuring good adhesion to almost all surfaces. At temperatures above 200 °C, the binder begins to decompose slowly, leaving behind a loosely adhering boron nitride layer which ensures good lubrication and release. It acts as a good release agent and lubricant.

HeBoCoat ® PL-W 250
HeBoCoat® PL-W 250* is a highly concentrated, water-based boron nitride coating. In addition, refractory binders ensure good adhesion to the substrate – even at high temperatures. Due to its high viscosity and high-performance material properties, this boron nitride coating is particularly suitable for use in aluminium foundries. Among other things, HeBoCoat® PL-W 250 effectively prevents the molten metal from adhering to plant equipment or components.

HeBoCoat ® PL-W 300
HeBoCoat® PL-W 300* is a water-based boron nitride coating with a solids content of 30 per cent. The boron nitride used is of high purity, has good crystallinity and a high degree of fineness, ensuring optimum surface coverage. An organic binder ensures good adhesion and good workability. Special additives improve wetting of the substrate surface and prevent rapid settling.

HeBoCoat ® PL-W 310
The high-viscosity, water-based bornitide coating HeBoCoat® PL-W 310* has a solids content of 31 per cent and is free from organic components. It is an excellent release agent and lubricant. Its high viscosity prevents settling, even after prolonged periods of storage.

HeBoCoat ® Wax Stick
The HeBoCoat® Wax Stick is a wax-based lubricating stick into which finely ground, hexagonal, highly crystalline boron nitride has been incorporated. It is applied directly to the hot metal surface, where the wax melts instantly, allowing the boron nitride layer to ensure effective lubrication and release.

HeBoCoat ® PL-E 125
HeBoCoat® PL-E 125* is an ethanol-based boron nitride coating containing an inorganic binder. The coating adheres very well even at high temperatures, both to metallic substrates and to glass, ceramics and graphite. Thanks to its ethanol-based formulation, the substrate surface is wetted exceptionally well, resulting in rapid drying. Furthermore, the use of pure boron nitride produces coatings with good anti-seize and lubricating properties, thereby reducing wear and contact reactions.

HeBoCoat® SL-E 200* is a boron nitride coating supplied in a handy aerosol can. Its ethanol-based formula ensures good wetting of the substrate and rapid drying. Organic binders ensure good adhesion to almost all surfaces. The proportion of fine particles in the boron nitride powder gives the coating good release and lubricating properties, even at very high temperatures.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 100* is a ready-to-use, water-based boron nitride suspension. Owing to its high temperature resistance, it is specifically designed for use as a release and lubricating coating in forming processes. It prevents the metal component from sticking to the tool, thereby facilitating the removal of complex components from the mould.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 250* is a highly concentrated, water-based boron nitride coating.
It is very pure and virtually free of boron oxide. Among other things, it is used in the finishing of glass fibre materials and in the aluminium casting industry.

HeBoCoat ® EL-W 300
HeBoCoat® EL-W 300* is a highly concentrated, water-based boron nitride coating. Special additives ensure good dispersibility and storage stability. It is mainly used in the electroplating industry for the deposition of boron nitride.

With this product line, HENZE BNP offers rapid process aids for small areas. Thanks to the simple handling and short drying times, the simplicity of using the spray can is convincing during the production process.
With their material properties, the boron nitride products of the SPRAY LINE are used, among others, in aluminium extrusion for the coating of pressing tools or in PVD systems for producing precisely accurate protective coatings.
HeBoCoat ® SL-E 125
HeBoCoat® SL-E 125* is a boron nitride spray in a handy aerosol can. Its ethanol-based formula ensures good wetting of the substrate and rapid drying. Inorganic binders ensure excellent adhesion to metal, glass, ceramics and graphite, particularly at high temperatures. The proportion of fine particles in the boron nitride powder gives the coating good release and lubricating properties.

What advantages does HeBoCoat offer in sintering technology?
In sintering processes, HeBoCoat® coatings—applied, for example, to graphite sintering carriers—reliably prevent carburization of the components and ensure that the sintered material separates cleanly from the substrate. For pressure sintering on small surfaces, special HeBoCoat® sprays are also available, which provide the necessary release effect quickly and precisely.
How does HeBoCoat help with welding, brazing, and laser processing?
HeBoCoat® sprays and suspensions reliably protect workpieces, system components and welding protection devices against the unwanted adhesion of welding and soldering spatter. This saves time and significantly increases the service life of welding nozzles and soldering tips. In laser processing, the extremely temperature-stable boron nitride layer acts as protection against atmospheric oxygen and smoke marks, prevents metal spatter from sticking and reduces burr formation during laser cutting.
